Al-Baha appoints Al Dukheil Financial Group as financial advisor to manage capital reducing

Al-Baha Investment and Development Company announced on Sunday to its honourable shareholders that it done so on 07/08/2023 By appointing Al Dukheil Financial Group as a financial advisor to manage the process of reducing the company’s capital and to carry out all related procedures.

The company said today to Tadawul that it will announce when submitting the company’s capital reduction request file to the Capital Market Authority and any future developments regarding capital reduction, if available, and God is the Grantor of success.

This comes further to the company’s announcement published on the Tadawul website 07/6/2023 regarding the Board of Directors’ recommendation to reduce the company’s capital.
