Abo Moati BOD recommends splitting share nominal value from SAR 10 to SAR 1

Abdullah Saad AboMoati for Bookstore Company announced on Thursday the recommendation of the board of directors to the extraordinary general assembly of the company, issued on 06/07/2023, to split the nominal value of the share from (10) SAR (1) SAR per share while keeping the Company’s capital unchanged.

The Company said today on Tadawul that the number of shares of the Company after the split will be (200,000,000) shares instead of (20,000,000) Shares, The Company is committed to fulfilling the necessary related regulatory procedures, and any further related essential developments will be announced in due course.
