‎“Extra” BOD decides to distribute SR 120 million in cash ‎dividends for H1‎

United Electronics Company announced the decision of the Board of Directors to distribute 120 million riyals in cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2023 AD, equivalent to 15% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares eligible for dividends amounted to 80 million shares, at 1.5 riyals per share, provided that the eligibility is for the shareholders who own the shares on the due day on Wednesday, corresponding to August 2, 2023 AD, who are registered with the “Edaa Center” at the end of the second trading day following the due date, and the distribution will take place on Sunday corresponding to August 20.
