‎“Mobi Industries” BOD approves company’s transition to main ‎market

Mobi Industries Company announced the decision of its board of directors to pass the approval of the company’s transfer from the parallel market (Nomu) to the main market, based on the requirements of the updated and amended listing rules according to Resolution No. (1-108-2022) corresponding to October 19, 2022 AD.

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the transition to the main market is subject to market approval and is conditional on fulfilling all the requirements stipulated in the listing rules, and any developments will be announced later.
