‎“Elm” awards Makkah Road Initiative project with the Ministry ‎of Interior, at a value of SR69.9 mln

Elm Company announced that it had received a letter of awarding the Makkah Road Initiative project with the Ministry of Interior (a related party) at a value of 69.9 million riyals (VAT included).

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Raed bin Abdullah bin Ahmed, and a member of the Board of Directors, Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman Al-Rabeeah, have an indirect interest.

It is worth noting that this letter does not entail any legal or financial obligation except after the contract is signed by all parties, and the company will announce any future developments in this regard at the time.
