Tihama: Audit Committee Member Abdulaziz Al-Rashidi resigned

Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company announced on Sunday the resignation of member of the Audit Committee, Mr. Abdulaziz Augan Al Rashidi from his membership in the audit committee.

The Board of Directors resolution was issued on 15-06-2023, approving the submitted resignation, to be effective as of 15-06-2023.

The Board of Directors of the company extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Abdulaziz Augan Al Rashidi for all his valuable efforts and effective contribution throughout his membership in the Audit Committee.
