Sipchem completes scheduled periodic maintenance for International Methanol Company (IMC) and announces start of operation

Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) announced the safe completion of the scheduled periodic turnaround maintenance activities for International Methanol Company (IMC), an affiliate of Sipchem. Startup activities for the IMC plant commenced on Saturday 3rd June, 2023.

During the scheduled turnaround, all the required works were completed safely, which will enhance the plant’s efficiency, increase its reliability, reduce production cost, and allow it to achieve its future operational plans.
