Naba Al Saha announces start of electronic voting on items of Ordinary General Assembly meeting

Naba Al Saha for Medical Services Company announced on Sunday that electronic voting will be available to shareholders registered on the (Tadawulaty) website, starting from one o’clock in the morning on Sunday 06-18-2023 until the end of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting time.

This comes referring to the announcement of Nabaa Al-Saha Medical Services Company published on 01-06-2023 regarding the invitation to attend the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), which will be held, God willing, at exactly seven o’clock in the evening on Thursday 06-22-2023, by means of modern technology,

The company said today on Tadawual that the registration is available to all contributors to the Tadawulaty services website at the link: (https://www.tadawulaty.com.sa).
