Elm awards health insurance contract for its employees and ‎their families with “Tawuniya” ‎

Elm Company announced the awarding of a health insurance contract for its employees and their families for a period of one year, starting from June 30, 2023, with the Cooperative Insurance Company (a related party) at a value of 71.7 million riyals (including value-added tax)

The company said that a member of the Board of Directors, Dr. Khaled Abdulaziz Al-Ghunaim, has an indirect interest in this contract, in his capacity as a member of the Board of Directors of Tawuniya Insurance.

She explained that the financial impact and costs of this contract will be distributed over the second half of the year 2023 AD and the first half of the year 2024 AD. Stressing that the award of the contract took place within the normal course of business and without any preferential benefits.
