AZM renews banking facilities agreement with Saudi Fransi by SAR 22 million

Saudi AZM for Communications and Information Technology Co. announced the renewal of a Shari’a compliant Banking Facilities agreement with Banque Saudi Fransi by SAR 22 million

The company declared that it aims at financing working capital requirements, and financing contracts for new projects and issuing letters of guarantee in return for promissory notes.

The necessary signatures have been completed and a copy of the agreement was received after the end of the working day on Wednesday corresponding to 31.05.2023.
