Asharqia Chamber Receives Global Building Classification Certificate in Energy and Environment

Asharqia Chamber has received the LEED Silver Certification, presented by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

This certification is a globally recognized system for rating environmentally friendly, high-performance buildings’ design, construction and operation.

Chairman of Asharqia Chamber Badr Al-Raziza received the certification at the chamber’s tower, considering it as recognition for its excellence in its services to the various business sectors and a distinctive image of the urban realty in the Eastern Region.

The chamber’s tower, located on King Fahd Road linking Dammam and Al-Khobar, is built according to high-quality specifications and consists of 32 floors with a height of 135 meters.
