Aldawaa GA agrees to distribute interim profits for the year 2023

Aldawaa Medical Services Company announced on Wednesday the Voting results of the second extraordinary general assembly meeting (The first meeting), after the completion of the quorum for the validity of the convening of the Assembly.

Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:

– Approval of the Board’s authorization to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual/quarterly basis for fiscal year 2023.
