Academy of Learning: Audit Committee Chairman Mohammed Al-Ajlan resigned, Saadoun Al-Khalidi replaces him

Academy of Learning Company announced on Monday the acceptance of its Board of Directors of the resignation of the chief of audit committee PhD. Mohammed Bin Abdullah Alajlan (independent member) commencing June 8th, 2023. He maintains his position as a board member of the Academy.

The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Saadoun Alkhaledi (independant member) as the new chief of the audit committee commencing June 8th, 2023 up till the end of the current session of the committee ending on June 28th, 2026 wishing him all success.

Alkhaledi has a variety of practical experience, during which he held several leadership positions, including:

– Practical experience in SABIC for 8 years, during which he was promoted to the position of Head of the Support Services Department.

– Former member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Eastern Province, and Chairman of the Foreign Investment Committee.

– Worked in the private sector in several areas (industrial services, industrial supplies, medical services, industrial investment, participating in government delegations and committees).

– Member of the Board of Directors of several other investment companies.

The Board of Directors extends its gratitude and appreciate to PhD. Mohammed Alajlan for the efforts excerted from his excellency during his presidency period of the committee.
