‎“Maharah” announces E-voting start on the GA items including ‎capital increase

Maharah Human Resources Company announced the start of electronic voting on the items of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting, which includes the capital increase, which will be held on Thursday, June 08, 2023 AD, by means of modern technology using the Tadawulaty system.

Electronic voting will be available to shareholders registered on the Tadawulaty services website, starting from 01:00 am on Sunday, 04 June 15, 2023 AD, until the end of the time of the Extraordinary General Assembly.
