‎“CMA” cancels suspension of trading “Saudi Cables” shares

The Capital Market Authority issued its decision to lift the suspension of trading Saudi Cable shares, taking into account the applicability of procedures for suspending trading of listed securities in accordance with the Listing Rules, and Paragraph (C) of Article Thirty-Six of the Listing Rules. This is due to the company’s announcement that it has submitted a request to open a financial reorganization procedure.

This comes based on the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424 AH, and subparagraph (4) of Paragraph (B) of Article Thirty-six of the Listing Rules. And with reference to the Authority’s announcement on 04/19/1444 AH corresponding to 11/13/2022 AD regarding the issuance of its decision to continue suspending the trading of shares of the Saudi Cable Company based on the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M / 30) dated 02/06/1424 AH and paragraph Subsection (13) of Paragraph (a) of Article Thirty Six of the Listing Rules.
