‎“Saderat” GA refuses to approve financial statements and BOD ‎report for 2022‎

Saudi Industrial Export Company “Saderat” announced the results of the ordinary general assembly (second meeting) held on Wednesday, May 17, which included disapproval of the financial statements for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2022.

The rest of the voting results are as follows:

– Disapproval of the Board of Directors’ report for the fiscal year ending: 12-31-2022 AD.

– Disapproval of the company’s auditor’s report for the fiscal year ending on: 12-31-2022 AD.

– Disapproval of appointing the auditor of the company from among the candidates based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, in order to examine, review and audit the financial statements for the current year 2023 AD (the second quarter, the third quarter and the annual lists) and the first quarter of the year 2024 AD, and determine his fees. ..

Disapproval of the Board of Directors’ decision to appoint Ghassan bin Abdul Rahman Al-Haidari as a member of the Audit Committee (independent member of the Board of Directors) starting from the date of: July 21, 2022 AD, until the end of the committee’s work period for the current session, which ends on: June 15 2025 AD, in place of the previous member, Eng. Muhammad bin Azzam Al-Shuwaier (a member from outside the board), provided that the appointment takes effect starting from the date of the decision issued by the Board of Directors, and this appointment comes in accordance with the rules and regulations.
