‎“Kingdom Holding” announces additional investments of ‎SR228.2 mln in European “M&G PLC” ‎

Kingdom Holding Company announced an additional investment of 228.2 million riyals (48.6 pounds sterling) in M&G plc, one of the largest insurance and asset management companies in Europe. Thus, the ownership percentage of Kingdom Holding Company increases from 5.3% to 6.4%.

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that this step aligns with its investment strategy that aims to build meaningful stakes in leading and prominent companies in their respective sectors.
