Waleed Al-Othaimeen appointed “Saico” BOD member‎

The Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Company announced the decision of the Board of Directors to appoint Walid bin Muhammad Al-Othaimeen as an independent member of the Board of Directors in the vacant seat for the current session of the Board, which ends on 06/24/2025 AD, starting today, Wednesday.

Al-Othaimeen holds practical experience that extends to more than 30 years in the fields of budgets and auditing, financial consulting, and financial and industrial management. He also worked in several senior positions and has experience in membership of boards of directors and committees, and he participated in many conferences, seminars and exhibitions.

He obtained a bachelor’s degree in industrial management, majoring in accounting, from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals

The Council’s approval is not final, and this appointment will be presented to the first meeting of the General Assembly for approval.
