Tabuk Cement GA approves company’s Auditor report for FY 2022

Tabuk Cement Company announced on Sunday the results of the 37th general assembly meeting (second meeting) held on Thursday through modern technology means, with 7,71% of attending shareholders.

Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agendas:

1- The report of the board of directors for the fiscal year ended on 31-12-2022 was reviewed and discussed.

2- The financial statements of the company for the fiscal year ended on 31-12-2022 were reviewed and discussed.

3- The report of the accounts auditor for the fiscal year ended on 31-12-2022 was approved.

4- Approval on the discharge of the members of the board of directors for the fiscal year ended on 31-12-2022 was approved.

5- Approval on appointment of an auditor by M/S (Company Al-Azem, Al Sadairy,Al Shaikh Parihes (CRWO)) for the accounts of the company among the nominators based on the recommendation of the audit committee to check, review and audit the financial statements for the second, third quarter and annual of the fiscal year 2023 and the first quarter of the year 2024 and identify his fees.
