Saudi Top for Trading Co. invites its shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting) through modern technology means, which is scheduled to be held on June 21, 2023.

– Voting on the business and contracts concluded with the Yafal Plastic Factory, in which the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Abdullah Muhammad Obaid Al-Ajmi, has an indirect interest, which is about purchases of plastic raw materials for an amount of SAR 10.6 million.
