Naseej GA approves business & contracts to be concluded with relevant parties

Naseej International Trading Company announced the results of the General Assembly meeting (the second meeting) due to not achieving the legal quorum in the first meeting, where the second meeting was held an hour after the first meeting.

Approval of the business and contracts that will be concluded between the Company and Al Sorayai Group for Industrial Investment, in which the Board member Mr. Naser Saleh Nasser AL Sorayai (Non-Executive) has a direct interest in it. These businesses and contracts are about purchasing and supplying raw materials to factories. Note that transactions for the last year, 2022 amounted to SAR 4,348.003
