Naseej for Technology GA approves transactions & contracts concluded with relevant parties

The Board of Directors of Naseej for Technology Co. announced the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly (“the first meeting”), which was held on Sunday corresponding to 28.05.2023.

The items included approval of transactions with related parties that took place during the year 2022, which were expenses on behalf of Infosystec, an “associate company”, in which the percentage of ownership is 50%, and the amount of transactions during the year 2022 was SAR 84,640, and the balance due on December 31, 2022 was SAR 238,910.
