L’azurde postpones GA meeting due to lack of quorum

L’azurde Company for Jewelry announced the Non-convenience of its Extraordinary General Assembly’s First and Second Meetings which had supposed to be held virtually through the contemporary technology means and Tadawulaty platform on Wednesday 24.05.2023. This is due to the lack of a quorum required for each of the two meetings to take place, as the attendance per cent for the first meeting was (16.64%) and the attendance per cent for the second meeting was (16.64%). Accordingly, it was decided to postpone the General Assembly and call for a third meeting, which will be determined and announced later after obtaining the approval of the competent authorities.
