June 21 .. The “Al-Hokair Group” GA to discuss ‎recommendation to divide share nominal value ‎

The Board of Directors of the Abdul Mohsen Al-Hokair Group for Tourism and Development Company called on shareholders to participate and vote in the extraordinary general assembly meeting (the first meeting), which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 AD. That in the event that the item is approved, the division decision will be effective on all shareholders who own shares on the day of the General Assembly convening.

Shareholders registered in the issuer’s shareholder register at the Depository Center have the right to attend at the end of the trading session that precedes the meeting of the General Assembly, according to the rules and regulations, and the shareholder has the right to delegate whoever he chooses from other than members of the Board of Directors.

According to Article (35) of the company’s articles of association, the meeting of the extraordinary general assembly is valid

If it is attended by shareholders representing at least half of the capital, and if the necessary quorum for holding this meeting is not available, the second meeting will be held an hour after the end of the period specified for the first meeting, and the second meeting will be valid if attended by shareholders representing at least a quarter of the capital.
