Horizon Food completes procedures for holding an assembly to vote on dismissal of two members of BOD

Horizon Food Company announced that it has opened the door for candidacy and that it is in the process of completing all the necessary procedures to hold an Ordinary General Assembly to vote on the dismissal of two members of the current Board of Directors and to vote on the election of candidates for membership of the Board of Directors to succeed the current members of the Board of Directors, in the event of a vote approving their dismissal.
The company stated on Thursday on Tadawul that it will later announce the date of the General Assembly meeting and invite all shareholders.
This comes further to the company’s announcement on the Tadawul website on 28.03.2023 regarding the company receiving a letter from some shareholders who own more than ten percent (10%) of the capital, requesting that an ordinary general assembly of shareholders be held to vote on dismissal Two (2) members of the current Board of Directors
