Al Rajhi Reit distributes cash dividends of SAR 24.3 mln for Q1 to Al Rajhi REIT Fund unitholders

Al Rajhi Capital announced on Wednesday the distribution of cash dividends to the unitholders of Al Rajhi REIT Fund for the period from 1st January 2023 to 31st March 2023, with total dividends of SAR 24,278,528.55, provided that the amount of dividends distributed per unit is 0.15 SAR, with distribution ratio of 1.80 % of the net assets value, and with distribution ratio of the net assets value as on 31.12.2022.

The company declared in a statement today on Tadawul that the number of outstanding units on which cash distributions will be distributed is 161,856,857 shares and that the dividends will be paid within (12) business days post the eligibility date.

• Eligibility of dividends shall be for unitholders according to the shareholders’ records as of Monday, 15.05.2023 (end of day).

General clarifications:

• Net Asset Value based on Fair Value as of 31.12.2022.
• Eligibility of dividends shall be for unitholders in the register per Tadawul records as of Monday, 15.05.2023 (end of trading day Thursday, 11.05.2023)
• Dividend per Unit = SAR 0.15; dividend represents 0.15% of the Par value
• The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
