‎“STC” announces the start of E-Voting on GA items

The Saudi Telecom Company (stc) announced that electronic voting will be available to shareholders registered on the (Tadawulaty) website, starting from 1:00 am on Sunday 10-17-1444 AH corresponding to 5-07-2023 AD, until the end of the convening time of Ordinary General Assembly.

Note that registration is available to all contributors to the Tadawulaty services website at the link: (https://www.tadawulaty.com.sa). Attached is an explanation of the electronic voting process.
