‎“Jabal Omar” receives Ministry of Tourism license to operate a ‎tower from the Jabal Omar Address Hotel in Makkah ‎

Jabal Omar Development Company announced that it had received today, Thursday, the license from the Ministry of Tourism to operate the first tower of the Jabal Omar Address Hotel, with a five-star rating, which includes 742 rooms and suites of a luxurious and modern style (51 rooms have been sold off-plan), in addition to two restaurants and A coffee shop, meeting rooms, a business center, an executive lounge, multi-use halls, a fitness center, a health club, and commercial spaces.

It should be noted that the Jabal Omar Address Hotel consists of two towers, each of which has 44 floors and a helipad, and is linked by the highest suspended chapel in the world with a view of the Holy Kaaba.

The company is currently working on handing over the second tower to the operator and completing the necessary procedures to obtain permits from the relevant authorities to operate the tower.

This step is considered a continuation of the implementation of the strategic transformation plan that enables the company to keep pace with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and enhance the level of quality in the tourism and hospitality sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

She explained that operating the hotel is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company’s revenues during the year 2023.
