SEDCO Capital REIT fund sets subscription price for additional units at SAR 8.64 per unit early May

Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) announced on Wednesday an update of the Supplementary Appendix to the Terms and Conditions for Increasing the Total Asset Value of the SEDCO Capital REIT Fund as of 26/04/2023.

a summary of the main updated items is as follows:

• The (“subscription price”) for the additional units has been set at (8.64) Saudi riyals per unit.

• The start date for the subscription to increase the total value of the assets of the SEDCO Capital REIT Fund has been determined, starting from Monday 01 / 05 / 2023 until Sunday 14 / 05 / 2023 (ten business days).
