May 23.. “Maadaniyah” GA to vote on electing BOD members ‎

The Board of Directors of the National Metal Manufacturing & Casting Co. (Maadaniah) called on shareholders to participate and vote in the twenty-seventh ordinary general assembly meeting, which is scheduled to be held through modern technology on 03-11-1444 corresponding to 05-23-2023.

Assembly agenda:

– Voting on the election of the members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the new session, which will start on 5/25/2023 AD, and its duration shall be 3 years, ending on 5/24/2026 AD

– Voting on the formation of the audit committee, defining its tasks, work controls, and the remuneration of its members for the new session, starting on 5/25/2023 AD until the end of the session on 5/24/2026 AD, noting that the candidates are:

– Rayan bin Waddah Trabzoni.

– Mansour Abdul Rahman Al-Ghurairy.

– Waheed Hussein Harisi

Shareholders registered in the issuer’s shareholder register at the Depository Center are entitled to attend at the end of the trading session that precedes the meeting of the General Assembly, according to the rules and regulations.

The meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly shall be valid if attended by shareholders at least one quarter of the capital. If the necessary quorum for holding this meeting is not available, the second meeting will be held an hour after the end of the period specified for the first meeting, and the second meeting will be valid regardless of the number of shares represented in it.

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty services will be able to vote remotely on the items of the assembly, starting from one o’clock in the morning on Saturday 10/30/1444 AH corresponding to 05/20/2023 AD until the end of the meeting time.
