Al-Drees announces starting of electronic voting on agenda items

Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company (ALDREES) announced on Wednesday the starting of electronic voting on the agenda of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (First meeting), scheduled for 1:00 am on Thursday, 27-04-2023 until the end of the assembly meeting only remotely using modern technology,

Shareholders can vote remotely by visiting the website of Tadawulaty available at www.tadawulaty.com.sa (Registration and voting through Tadawulaty services are free of charge to all shareholders).

This comes referring to Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company’s announcement on Tadawul dated 10-04-2023 regarding an invitation to its shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly (First Meeting) scheduled for 8:30 pm on Monday, 01-05-2023, only remotely by using modern technology.
