‎“Al-Hokair Group” BOD recommends splitting share nominal ‎value from 10 riyals to 1 riyal ‎

Abdul Mohsen Al-Hokair Group Company for Tourism and Development announced the recommendation of the Board of Directors to the Extraordinary General Assembly issued in its decision dated 09/19/1444 AH corresponding to 04/10/2023 AD to split the nominal value of the share from (10) ten riyals per share to ( 1) One riyal per share, thus the number of the company’s shares will become (315) million shares instead of (31.5) million shares, with the company’s commitment to complete the necessary related procedures.
