‎“Academy of Learning” BOD recommends splitting share ‎nominal value from 10 riyals to one riyal

Academy of Learning Company announced the decision of the Board of Directors to submit a recommendation to the Extraordinary General Assembly to divide the nominal value of the share from (10) riyals to (1) riyals per share.

According to the statement published on “Tadawul”, the number of shares after the amendment will become 60 million shares instead of 6 million shares, with the company’s commitment to complete the necessary related procedures.
