Wafrah CEO Khalid Alshammari resigned, Mohamed Alfadli replaces him

Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. announced on Tuesday that the Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Eng. Khalid Zaid Alshammari from the post of CEO. The Board of Directors has also appointed Dr Mohamed Abdul Aziz Alfadli as CEO on the recommendations of the Remunerations and Nominations Committee.

The Board has extended its gratitude and appreciation to Eng. Khalid Zaid Alshammari for his services and contribution as CEO; wishing him all the best.

Dr. Mohamed Abdul Aziz Alfadli is a graduate of King Khalid University with a B.Sc. degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, and M. Sc. Degree in Business Administration.

He attended several training courses both locally and abroad. He has an extended work experience with Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO), where he showed competence and took the job of Executive Vice President for Sales and Marketing. He also Chaired the Board of Directors of Arac Healthcare Company, a subsidiary of SPIMACO.
