Wafrah appointes Mutlaq Alotaibi as BOD Chairman, and Mohamed Almukhadeb as his Deputy

Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. announced on Monday the decision of the Board of Directors regarding the appointment of Mr. Saad Solaib Mutlaq Alotaibi as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Mohamed Yagoub Yousuf Almukhadeb as Deputy Chairman and Mr. Maqid Ibrahim Ramthan Alotaibi as Managing Director. likewise, the Executive Committee was restructured as follows:

Mr. Saad Solaib Alotaibi, Head of committee;

Mr. Mohamed Yagoub Almukhadeb, member;

Mr. Maqid Ibrahim Alotaibi, member;

Eng. Eyad Abdulrahman Albanian, member.

This comes with reference to the announcement of Wafrah for Industry and Development Company on 19-01-2021 regarding the appointment of the Chairman, Deputy Chairman and the Committees for the term starting from 14-01-2021 and for a period of three Gregorian years, as two new Board members were appointed in the vacant posts in the Board of Directors, the Board decided on 05-03-2023 to change in the structure of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee
