SHL appoints Yuosef Al Shelash as Chairman of the BOD, Obaid Al Rasheed as his deputy

SHL Finance Co. Announced on Thursday 8 March 2023, that it received the SAMA none objection to appointing Mr. Yuosef Bin Abdullah Al Shelash (none executive member) as the Board Chairman and Mr. Obaid Bin Abdullah Al Rasheed (none executive member) as the Board Vice Chairman.

This comes after the SHL announcement about the Resolution of the elected Board of Directors in its meeting held on 20th February 2023, nominating the names of the Board Chairman and Vice Chairman for the Board Term above stated, subject to obtaining the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) none objection.

This comes referring to the Extra General Assembly of the SHL Finance company held on Tuesday, 14th February 2023, whereas the Board members were elected for the Term started as from 14th February 2023 up to 27th November 2025.
