Saudi General Authority for Competition increases minimum ‎requirement for reporting economic concentration to SR200 ‎mln

The General Authority for Competition announced that it had raised the minimum annual sales requirement on which the economic concentration is “reportable” from 100 million Saudi riyals to 200 million Saudi riyals, and this decision comes based on the annual review conducted by the authority and takes into account the best International practices, aspects related to the variables of the national economy and the level of market competitiveness, in addition to facilitating procedures and alleviating financial burdens, especially for small and medium-sized companies.
