SAIC: Deutsche Gulf GA agrees to distribute 31.62% of capital as dividends for 2022
Saudi Advanced Industries Company announced on Sunday to its valued shareholders the approval of the General Assembly meeting of one of its fellow companies (Deutsche Gulf Finance Company), in which the SAIC owns 31.62% of the capital to distribute cash dividends for the year 2022 by 0.85 riyal per share.
The Saudi Advanced Industries Company’s share of these distributions will be SAR 15,45 million.
