Naba Alsaha signs contract to implement works of hospital project in Riyadh at SAR 49 mln

Naba Alsaha signed a contract with Al Kayan Technical Arab Contracting Company for the implementation of civil works and the structural structure of the Naba Alsaha Hospital project in Riyad with a capacity of 180 beds (Riyadh – Al-Mounsiyah district), at the value of SAR 49,353,486.25 with VAT.

The Company said today on Tadawul that the two parties agreed that the second party, the contractor, would carry out the entire project work according to the plans and bills of quantities approved by the consultant within a period of 10 months only, starting from signing the site receipt report, so that each of the contractors, the supervising consultant and the owner should sign it, free of any obstacles that hinder the second party from Getting started.

The Company explained that it is expected that there will be a positive financial impact on the company’s revenues, as it will accelerate the process of building Naba alSaha Hospital in Riyadh.
