MIS renews bank facility with SABB Bank at a value of SAR 259 mln

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) announced on Tuesday the renewal of bank facility in compliant with the Saudi British Bank (Islamic financing agreement) at a value of SAR 258,830,709.00 until 31/12/2023, financing new project contracts and issuance of letters of credit & guarantee.

The company said today on “Tadawul” that the Guarantees offered for the financing are represented in a facility agreement secured by Promissory notes to the amount of total facilities limit.
