Investment Minister Heads Kingdom’s Delegation to Germany ‎to Boost Investment Partnership

The Minister of Investment, Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih led a delegation from the public and private sectors on a three-day visit to Munich, Germany.

The visit aims to expand cooperation between the Kingdom and Germany, develop mutual investments, stimulate investment partnerships between the private sectors from both sides, and discuss opportunities to develop cooperation in various sectors, including clean energy, petrochemicals, advanced industries, cars, and healthcare. It also aims to encourage German companies to take advantage of promising investment opportunities in the Kingdom.

The visit also includes participating in the Saudi-German Investment Forum in Berlin, with government officials from both sides and participation of companies in the private sector, for both countries, in addition to signing several investment agreements. The visit comes as part of the Kingdom’s efforts to build investment partnerships with various countries and diversify the Kingdom’s economy, given its huge investment potential that contributes to strengthening its position as a major engine of international trade.
