Dallah Healthcare appoints Khalid Al-Sulaie as BOD Member

Dallah Healthcare Company announced the decision of its board of directors (by circulation) on 06/03/2023 to appoint a new member as a member of the board of directors in the vacant position to continue the current board session, which expires on October 20, 2025.

Mr. Khalid bin Mohammed bin Hamad Al-Sulaie has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from King Saud University, a diploma in economics and finance from The Economics Institute in the United States, and professional fellowships in accounting and auditing. He has practical experience as a companies and authorities board member, as well as chairman and member of audit committees.
