AL Maather REIT Fund distributes SAR 11 mln cash dividends to the Unitholders for 1Q

Osool & Bakheet Investment Company announced on Monday the distribution of SAR 11 mln cash dividends to the Unitholders of AL Maather REIT Fund for the three months ending on 31/12/2022 as 2.2% of the net value of assets.

The Company explained that the cash distributions will be made on the basis of SAR 61,370,000, that will be distributed with SAR 0.18 for each unit. The Cash distribution entitlements will be to unitholders on the end of “Monday, 20/03/2023 (end of the trading day Thursday, 16/03/2023), and the distributions shall be paid within (10 days from the eligibility date).

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
