Al-Jouf Agriculture BOD decides to distribute SAR 15 million cash dividends for the second half of 2022

The Board of Directors of Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Company decided in its meeting on 2nd of March,2023 to distribute cash dividends for the company’s shareholders for the second half of the fiscal year 2022, with a total amount distributed of SAR 15 million, provided that Dividend per share is /SAR 0.50, with %5 Percentage of Dividend to the Share Par Value.

The Company said that the number of Shares Eligible for Dividends is 30 million Shares

Eligibility is for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on 16th of March, 2023, and who are registered in the company’s shareholders register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.
