Al Jazira Capital announces non-fundamental changes to AlJazira REIT
Al Jazira Capital announced on Wednesday the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-fundamental change to AlJazira REIT, due to changing the Shariah Committee for the fund from “Bank Aljazira Shariah Committee” to “Aljazira Capital Shariah Committee”, and updating the information of the lease contract with Al-Moqai Al-Raees Property Management Company in the T&C.
