‎“Saudi Ceramics” to sell a property in the Eastern Province for ‎SR31.6 million ‎

The Saudi Ceramic Company announced the signing of an agreement to sell a property built on a land of 5,728 square meters in Al-Rakah neighborhood in Al-Khobar Governorate in the Eastern Province, for an amount of 31.6 million riyals, excluding real estate disposal tax.

It explained that the book value of the asset amounts to 5,261,018 riyals, and it is expected to increase the item of other income and achieve capital gains of 26,338,982 riyals.

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the main terms of the deal include the following:

1- The buyer paid the full value of the transaction through a certified bank check upon the emptying process.

2- The company does not bear any expenses or commissions as a result of the operation.
