‎“Edraat” inks a contract with “MIS” to provide private cloud ‎hosting services for SR5 mln

Edarat Communications and Information Technology Co. (Edarat) announced the signing of a contract with Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS), to provide private cloud hosting services for one of the government agencies hosted inside the Kingdom to ensure its compatibility with data sovereignty regulations, as the value of the contract is $5.066. 900 riyals for a period of 20 months

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that private cloud computing will provide the infrastructure as a service to host one of the main applications through Microsoft (AzureStack HCI) for a government agency.

It explained that this contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on the financial statements, starting from 2023 AD.
