‎“Al-Wasail Industrial” to distribute SR18.75 mln cash dividends ‎for 2022‎

Al-Wasail Industrial Company announced the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2022 AD, with a total amount distributed of 18,750,000 riyals, provided that the share from the distribution is 0.75 riyals, and with a distribution ratio to the nominal share value of 7.5%.

The company said that the number of shares due for dividends is 25,000,000 shares, and that the distribution date will be within a month from the date of the company’s general assembly, which will be determined later.

The eligibility date for the shareholders registered in the Tadawul company register will be the date of the General Assembly, which will be determined later.
