‎“Al-Hammadi”‎‏ ‏BOD recommends distributing SR56 mln cash ‎dividends for Q1, 2023‎

Al-Hammadi Holding Company announced the recommendation of the Board of Directors to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the first quarter of 2023 AD, with a total amount distributed of 56,000,000 riyals, provided that the share per share from the distribution is 0.35 riyals, and with a distribution ratio to the nominal share value of 3.5%.

The company said that the number of shares due for dividends is 160,000,000 shares, and that the distribution date will be on 03/22/2023, while the eligibility date will be on 03/12/2023.

The eligibility for profits will be for the company’s shareholders who own shares on the maturity day, Sunday 12/03/2023, and who are registered with the Securities Depository Center (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.
