‎“Group Five”: Muhammad Al-Harbi appointed as a member in ‎Audit Committee

Group Five Pipe Saudi Ltd. Company announced the appointment of Mohammed bin Mukhaled Al-Harbi as an independent member of the Audit Committee (independent member from outside the board) as of 06/03/2023 AD until the end of the current session on 01/03/2024 AD, by virtue of a decision The Board of Directors issued by circulation on 08/14/1444 AH corresponding to 06/03/2023 AD, provided that this appointment is presented to the first meeting of the General Assembly of the company’s shareholders for approval.

Al-Harbi has practical experience spanning seventeen years as a chartered accountant, and he also has advanced experience in the public and private sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is also a professional in auditing, accounting, finance, and risk management. He also holds a board membership in one of the leading companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to the membership of many other committees.

It is also worth noting that Al-Harbi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Sciences from Bangor University in North Wales in the United Kingdom, and he also holds a fellowship in American chartered accountants and the Saudi Fellowship of Certified Public Accountants.
